Ben has honed his instructional skills over the past few years at a few different courses. He has spent his last 7 winters down in Vero Beach, FL at Johns Island Club and in the summertime he has been at Yankee Springs GC as their Director of Instruction for 4 years and just this past summer at the CC of Lansing. He has worked with players of all skill levels and enjoys the challenge
each new player brings.

My teaching philosophy is simple; I want the player to find a repeatable consistent swing that can be transferred onto the golf course. I implement a strengths-based approach, where we focus on the player’s current skill set and competencies. With the use of technology such as video, ball flight monitor, and swing analysis software. I will provide each player with the resources to see significant change. Most importantly, my philosophy seeks to make the game more enjoyable and provide opportunities for players to challenge themselves and see golf as a lifelong journey.
