Credit Card Authorization

By signing below, I authorize Quail Ridge Golf Club, and its payment processor or servicing agent, to initiate recurring Credit Card Authorization from the financial institution listed on this form for the monthly subscription amount selected above, plus the one-time $20.00 setup and range card fee, and any other charges I separately authorize in writing. I certify that I am an authorized signer on the account provided and that the information on this form is true and complete.

Recurring Billing

Recurring monthly charges will continue automatically until this subscription is canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below. If a scheduled draft date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the debit may be initiated on the next business day.

Returned / Failed Payments

If a Credit Card authorization is declined, returned, rejected, or otherwise unpaid, Quail Ridge Golf Club may suspend range privileges and deactivate my range card until the account is brought current. I understand that Quail Ridge Golf Club may reattempt the debit as permitted by applicable banking rules and may require an updated payment method before reactivation.

Minimum Commitment

I understand that this subscription requires a minimum initial commitment of two (2) consecutive monthly billing cycles. Cancellation during the initial commitment period does not relieve me of payment responsibility for that minimum term.

Cancellation Policy

After the initial 2-month commitment, this subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless and until I cancel in writing. To avoid the next monthly draft, written notice of cancellation must be received by Quail Ridge Golf Club at least 15 days before the next scheduled billing date. Any notice received after that deadline may take effect for the following billing cycle.

No Refund / No Rollover

Monthly subscription charges, the setup fee, and the range card fee are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law. Daily ball access is use-it-or-lose-it and does not roll over from day to day or month to month.

Use Restrictions

Subscriptions are for individual use only, are non-transferable, and may not be shared. Bronze subscriptions are limited to Monday through Thursday and are not valid from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. All subscriptions remain subject to range hours, weather, maintenance, special events, league activity, safety considerations, and operational limitations determined by Quail Ridge Golf Club.

Program Changes

Quail Ridge Golf Club reserves the right to update range rules, operating procedures, technology requirements, payment processor, and membership administration procedures upon reasonable notice. Quail Ridge Golf Club also reserves the right to suspend or terminate privileges for misuse, fraud, abusive conduct, policy violations, or failed payment activity.
